Information For Faculty

We are delighted if you send all or some of your students for required appointments with us.  Please let your students know that availability is limited, and that they should plan in advance.  If some of your students are unable to get appointments, please let Catherine Siemann know.

If you send students in for Required or Recommended sessions, you will receive reports from our online scheduling and reporting system.  Some of your students may also have reports sent to you if they come in on their own. If you would like to get reports from all of your students, including those who are self-referred students, let us know, and remind them to request a report. 

We are considering reinstituting Referral Forms that you can use with your students.  Please let us know if you are interested; we will email them to you so that you can print them out or use them as email attachments.
