Minor in Technology, Gender, and Diversity

The Minor in Technology, Gender, and Diversity is designed to enable students to expand their understanding of how society shapes technology and how gender, race, and ethnicity shape society. The goal of the Minor is to prepare students for successful employment and leadership in the diverse technological world of the 21st century.

The Minor requires completion of FIVE courses.

Complete FIVE of the following:

STS 342	Gender, Technology, and Society
STS 352	Race and Ethnicity
PSY 339	Psychology of Diversity
LIT 386	Science Fiction
HIST 362	Sex, Gender and Law in American History
HRM 310	Managing Diversity and Inclusion in Organizations

The FIVE courses required for the Minor in Technology, Gender, and Diversity can include ONE of the following HSS Senior Seminars (HSS 404):
